Kangra Cooperative Bank Officer and Clerk Recruitment 2015

Kangra Co-Operative Bank has invited applications for the posts of Officer (Gr-III), Clerk (Gr-IV) and Computer Operator (Gr-IV) under direct recruitment quota and service rules for the employees of the Bank on contract basis. The Bank had assigned the work to Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala for written Exam for the recruitment process.

The total number of posts are 154 – Gr.-III Officer: 15, Gr.-IV Clerk (For General Public): 74, Gr.-IV Clerk (For against working trained Secretary of PACS): 46, Gr.-IV Clerk (Against Employee of Other Coop. Society): 08, Gr.-IV Computer Operator: 11.

The applicant should be between 18 and 45 years as on last date of submission of application forms. The upper age limit is relaxed by 05 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/WFF (UR)/Persons with Disabilities (UR) and the relaxation in the age limit to the Ex-man candidates shall be as per State Govt. guidelines.

  • Candidates can apply online on Board Website from 14-10-2015 to 28-10-2015. No application will be entertained thereafter.

The candidature of the candidate, who’s fees has not been received by this Board, will not be considered for the Written Test to be held on 22-11-2015.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) was established by an Act of Parliament in 1985. It has continuously build an inclusive knowledge society through education. Candidates who have passed their Engineering or who are currently pursuing the final year of engineering course are eligible to apply for the course; the candidates appearing in the final year examination of Degree Course should be able to produce the Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at IMA.

Candidates can register themselves through the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Registrations for online applications have already started from December 01, 2014 and the last date to apply is December 31, 2014. Interviews for the Technical Graduate Course will be held in Mar/Apr 2015 onwards. Technical graduate course in various disciplines will commence in July 2015.

Age of the applicant should be between 20 – 27 years at the time of commencement of course (Candidates born between 02nd Jul 1988 and 01st Jul 1995 both dates inclusive). The date of birth entered in the Matriculation or an equivalent examination certificate will be accepted by the office.

Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will be interviewed at various Selection Centres in Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP) and Bangalore (Karnataka).Call Up letter for SSB interview will be issued through candidate’s registered e-mail id and through SMS.

Aerospace engineering in India

One of the most advanced branches in engineering, aerospace engineering encompasses the fields of aeronautical and aerospace (spacecraft) engineering. You would study topics such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, applied aerodynamics, analytical mechanics, flight vehicle design, trajectory dynamics, and aerospace propulsion systems.

Aerospace engineers, popularly called “rocket scientists” develop hi-tech aeroplanes that weigh over a half a million pounds, to spacecraft that travel at the speed of 17,000 miles an hour.

They design, develop and test aircraft, spacecraft, and missiles and supervise their manufacture.

Aerospace engineers who work with aircraft are considered aeronautical engineers, and those working specifically with spacecraft are called aerospace engineers.

Besides the IITs – Kanpur, Mumbai Madras and Kharagpur which offer BTech as well as Integrated MTech in Aerospace Engg (5-years) at the undergraduate level, Amity University, Amity School of Engineering, Noida (www.amity.edu) and SRM University, Chennai (www.srmuniv.ac.in) also offer Aerospace Engg . NEE is the entrance exam for NERIST Engg. Admissions

NERIST (North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology), located at Nirjuli, Itanagar in the Indian State of Arunachal Pradesh was set up by the Government of India, initially as a project of the North-eastern Council (NEO), to provide a system of education to create technical manpower at various levels for the development of the North-Eastern region of the country.

It is a unique Institute of its kind in the country, having unconventional and innovative academic programmes. The approach is to encourage a policy of vocationalisation at the 10+2 level and allow only motivated students to go for the degree level, while others go out of the Institute to enrich their profession with some years of professional experience. At any future date, if they decide to return to the Institute to improve their qualification, they would be allowed to do so.

Since April 1, 1994 the institute has been fully-funded and directly controlled by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD), New Delhi. Since May 2005, NERIST has been a Deemed University.

The institute is managed by a Board of Management, comprising representative of MHRD, the eight beneficiary States of the North-Eastern region, AICTE and eminent educationists.

The Institute offers admission to three types of programmes:

  1. Base Module in Technology
  2. Diploma Module in Technology
  3. Degree Module in Technology

The departments which offer admission at all the three levels are as follows:

(1)    Civil engineering

(2)    Mechanical Engineering

(3)    Electrical and Electronics Engineering

(4)    Electronics and Communication Engineering

(5)    Agricultural Engineering

For admission to all the three modules, three entrance examinations, namely NEE-I, NEE-II and NEE-III are conducted. All the entrance examinations are conducted at various centres located in the North-Eastern States of India.

Computer Science Department of the institute offers Admission to only Diploma and Degree Modules.

Eligibility: For Degree Module, the Candidates should possess three-year Polytechnic Diploma from any AICTE/Government-recognized polytechnic in the respective discipline or allied branch with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA or NERIST diploma.

Proper preparation is necessary to pass the CDS

A great number of people are fascinated towards the jobs in defense. The defense service is an honourable and a lucrative career option for youngsters and job seekers who want to build a strong, secure and a dignified carrier. The hiring process for defense services is very strict, and it is very difficult to pass that procedure. Yes, it is necessary to recruit people in defense in order to serve the nation, but the standards for recruitment cannot be lowered as this is a matter of national security. A person that is unfit physically or mentally cannot be employed in defense services. If you think that you have it in you to be a defense officer, then, the CDS exam is the best choice for you.

What is CDS exam?

CDS is a short form of Combined Defense Services and is held every year by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). The officer recruited in defense services through CDS gets a very good lifestyle and the honour to be a dignified defense officer. Most of the candidates take the NDA exams to get entry in defense service that is done after completing your 10+2. Here, the cadets are recruited as captain and get excellent training and education. The CDS exam is for the aspirants who have missed that previous chance.

Eligibility and selection

The eligibility for CDS 2014 is that the person should be below twenty five years of age and should hold a graduate degree in any field or stream. There may be some exception in selection of services depending on the field in which the candidate holds the graduation degree. The aspirants having an engineering degree have a direct entry in the recruitment process. There is no need for them to the written exam; they can directly appear for the personal interviews. This is same for recruitment in all the three services that are Army, Navy and Air Force.

For others, there is a written exam conducted. All the candidates those have passed the written exams are advanced to the interviews. The interviews are quiet tough to pass, but once you pass this step, you enter the final step that is SSB. The SSB stands for Staff Selection Board. This is the most difficult part of the recruitment process in defense. Most of the candidates are ruled out in this step. The interviews of SSB are of 5 days span. There is a specific behaviour that they seek in every candidate in order to becoming an officer. If you pass this stage, then, you are taken for the medical tests. When you pass the medical tests, and after some formalities, you are recruited in the defense services and are called for training. After the training, you are commissioned as an officer in one of the defense services of India.

The competition for CDS exam is very tough, and standards for the recruitment are very strict. It is advisable to get proper coaching and training so that you could you have chances of selection in the defense services.
